Hi I’m a hockey mom, the best kind of mom one could be. The Capitals Family is what the neighbors call us. Capitals family is the name hockey is our game (to watch).
The Washington Capitals not only provided my family with entertainment, but with unity. Without the Caps by our side my family wouldn’t be as close.
Game day is our time as a family. Some families have family dinner, game night or movies night not ours. As a family we gather round the Television in our Caps garb to support our team. We most definitely Rock the red!
In fact our whole house Rocks the red! The family room we watch our games in is decorated and plastered with Washington Capitals Paraphernalia. Here is where half of our house came from.
The Caps give me so much, they give me
· Family time
· The ability to keep an extra eye on my kids
· An excuse to yell and scream at the T.V
· And passion for life, my family and the sport
My family loves the game and the Caps. Whether the Caps win or lose my family will always win.
I love being a hockey mom out watching my kids and in the house watching the big guys in red. Being a hockey mom for not only my boys at home and my boys on the big ice I have acquired some special characteristics.
